Hilton Garden Inn White Marsh

It was clean and and comfortable. I also like the fact that I could do my check-in without going to the front desk and could use my cell to get into the room.

The location was great and everything you could think of from restaurants to shopping was all within surrounding areas

The indoor pool and hot tub was great. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was amazing with the snow. The staff especially Jessica was amazing and she went out of her way to get the proper information for me and to get us checked in

Location, hotel decor, staff, room very nice! Booked again for September. Will be a guest of White Marsh Hilton when I am in Town.

I was especially impressed by the staff who worked in the breakfast area. Had no idea the chef would cook such scrumptious meals. 100% Microwave and fridge were immaculate. I would suggest the fridge be turned on so that it would be ready for use when guests arrive. Beds were clean and comfortable. So was the room itself and the bathroom. However toilet tissue should have been full rolls and of better quality. And the areas surrounding the door handles could have been given more attention. Overall I was pleased and would likely use this hotel in the future.
